For the time being, the Apparel Online-Shop only carries Freudenberg articles, comfortemp® and selected Hänsel articles.
You can still buy products from the Vlieseline range offline by getting in touch with your usual contacts.
8. Is there a minimum order value in the Freudenberg Apparel Online-Shop for my orders in the shopping cart?
A minimum order value has been determined for the Freudenberg Apparel Online-Shop which, however, does not apply when a specific purchase value has been reached.

10. Into which countries do you deliver?
For the time being, we deliver the goods within Germany and beyond that as per your contract with us.

As a rule, we ship the goods you ordered within 2 business days upon acceptance of your order subject to the availability of the articles. Once we have received your order (acknowledgement of receipt of order), we check the availability and the delivery times of the articles.
We will then send you the precise delivery date together with our order acknowledgement. If an article is not available, we will send you a separate notification.
12. How do I get information about the delivery status of my order from the Freudenberg Apparel Online-Shop?
When your order has been physically shipped, you will automatically receive the delivery note and the tracking data by email and you can track the status of your shipment online.
